Milan is reportedly preparing a surprise move for this summer’s transfer window.
The champions of Italy are interested in returning Miralem Pjanic to Serie A, according to “Fichaje”.
The Bosnian midfielder has lined up with Barcelona on their pre-season tour in the US, but he is believed not to be in coach Xavi’s plans.
Pjanic was on loan to Besiktas last season.
Even Milan is said to want the 32-year-old on loan, despite the fact that the Catalan club wants to sell him.
However, Barcelona would be open to this possibility, but the main issue would be the agreement about the salary, since the club from “Camp Nou” must also pay a part.
The former Roma and Juventus midfielder has a contract with Barcelona valid until June 30, 2024.
