Casemiro has invited his fellow countryman, Neymar, to join Real Madrid in this summer’s transfer window.
Despite recently expressing his desire to stay at Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar has been linked with a move away from the French club this summer.
There have been speculations that the French champions are looking to sell him, to save on his salary.
Casemiro has ignited speculation even more, as he has called for the 30-year-old to join Real Madrid.
“Neymar can play for any team in the world. If PSG don’t want him, Real Madrid do. Good?”, he said for the program “Circulo Grande” of “SporTV”.
Although Casemiro is keen for his compatriot to join him at Los Blancos, Neymar may be reluctant to join arch-rivals Barcelona after spending four years with the Catalan giants.
However, as things stand for now, Neymar will start the 2022/23 season with PSG, while it remains to be seen if he will be involved in any moves this summer.
