Reading Time: < 1 minutes

Milan are looking to close a deal with Club Brugge for Charles De Ketelaere in the next 48 hours as contact between the clubs resumes today.

The 21-year-old did not play in Sunday’s Belgian Super Cup final, which Club Brugge won 1:0 against Gent.

De Ketelaere stayed on the bench for 90 minutes, as after the match, he was seen saying goodbye to the fans.

As reported by “La Gazzetta dello Sport”, Milan and Club Brugge will be in contact today to discuss the new offer.

The “Rossoners” are ready to offer 30 million euros for the Belgian midfielder, plus another 5 million euros in the form of bonuses. This offer is seen as enough to close a deal.

Leeds United have long been interested in the Belgium international, but Milan are seen as the favorites to sign him and now the Reds and Blacks are pushing to finalize things this week.
