Manchester United have reportedly decided not to sell Anthony Martial, despite interest from Juventus.
The French striker was on loan from January to Sevilla, after not getting minutes at the “Red Devils” in the first half of the season.
After returning to the club this summer, the expectation was that Martial would eventually be sold, however it appears that the English club’s attitude has changed.
According to “The Mirror”, Martial’s performances in the pre-season games, where he scored three goals in four games, have convinced the coach, Erik ten Hag, to keep him in the team.
This attitude from Manchester United will undoubtedly disappoint Juventus, as the Italian club aimed to transfer the 26-year-old to replace Alvaro Morata, who has returned to Atletico Madrid.
Anthony Martial with the club from “Old Trafford” has a valid contract until June 30, 2024.
