Striker Romelu Lukaku may miss some important matches for Inter.
According to “Sport Mediaset”, the striker has been diagnosed with a sprain of the left thigh muscle after being injured in training.
Lukaku will be absent against Cremonese on August 30, as he is also in doubt for the derby against Milan, which is played on September 3.
The Belgian representative is not known if he will be ready for the first match in the Champions League, which Inter will play against Bayern Munich – on September 7.
The eventual absence of the 29-year-old in these matches would undoubtedly present big problems for the “Nerazzurri”.
Romelu Lukaku has appeared in three matches with Inter in Serie A this season, scoring one goal and registering one assist.
