According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli have accepted PSG’s bid for Fabian Ruiz, who is expected to undergo a medical with the Ligue 1 giants tomorrow.

The Spaniard is frozen out by Napoli after refusing to extend his contract, which expires in June 2023. So, he has not been included in the team in the first three matches of Serie A this season and has been training separately from the team.

Now, according to Gazzetta, Napoli has agreed to sell the former Betis player to PSG.

The Ligue 1 giants will reportedly pay €23 million, plus bonuses. Fabian will sign a five-year contract where he will earn 5 million euros per season and is expected to undergo medical tests in Paris tomorrow.

The Spaniard joined Napoli for €30 million in 2018 and spent four years at Vesuvius, scoring 22 goals and making 166 appearances.

Fabian’s transfer to PSG paves the way for the transfer of Leandro Paredes to Juventus, but according to the report, the Old Lady must first sell Arthur or Adrien Rabiot before loaning the Argentine.

Napoli remain interested in PSG goalkeeper Keylor Navas, but the former Real Madrid star is yet to agree a deal as he must take a cut of his €9m-a-year salary if he wants to move to Napoli.
