Charles De Ketelaere appears to be just one step away from joining Milan as Club Brugge are reportedly preparing to accept their latest offer
The Reds met their Belgian counterparts in Lugano, Switzerland yesterday in an attempt to agree a deal for the 21-year-old Belgian striker, who is keen on a move to the Lombardy side.
According to Calciomercato.com, Milan duo Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara increased their bid to €32 million plus three million in bonuses for De Ketelaere yesterday. Club Brugge are looking for a fixed fee of 35 million euros but it seems that they have decided to change their mind after the latest offer from the Reds.
The deal is expected to be completed within 48 hours and De Ketelaere could be available to Stefano Pioli this Friday.
It is reported that the Belgian’s mother has already visited Milan and is looking for a home for her son and that he has agreed to leave and wants to join the Italian club.
