Reading Time: < 1 minute

Juventus and Aaron Ramsey have officially terminated their cooperation.

The news was announced by the Italian club this Tuesday.

Ramsey had a valid contract for one more season with Juventus, but this contract has already been terminated by mutual agreement.

The Wales international was not part of Massimiliano Allegri’s plans and the club preferred to terminate the deal now.

Negotiations dragged on for weeks to reach an agreement, but it was finally reached today.

Ramsey is said to have benefited from 3 million euros as compensation for breaking the contract early.

The 31-year-old made just 69 appearances for Juventus, scoring six goals and adding six assists. He had moved to “Allianz Stadium” as a free footballer from Arsenal in 2019.

The former Cardiff City footballer faced numerous injuries, especially last season, where he played just five games for the “Old Lady”.
